Mental Health Awareness

FUNDRAISER!

Mama's Gnome Shop is participating in a fundraiser for mental health awareness this year. All donations will be made to our local NAMI here in Columbus, Ohio. We have a new collection, Mental Health Awareness Gnomes, more items to come. Any proceeds from that collection will be donated to the cause. If you'd rather simply give a donation, that's great too! Any donations made of $10 or more--we'll give you a free car magnet. We're hoping to raise $1,000 before the end of May. Help us, won't you?!

Q:What if my product looks slightly different than the picture?

A: Each product is custom made, so the may look slightly different than the mockup picture. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Unfortunately, and this is out of our hands, we don't accept returns unless the product has a defect. If something has happened and you need to return, please email us to discuss at eliza@mamas-gnome-shop.net.

 

Q: Do you ever have sales?

A: Very frequently we do! To stay in the loop, sign up to receive our newsletter at https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/sl/lmy99WZ/thegnomes or on the bottom of every page of this site (minus the merchandise page).

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Some items have free shipping as standard, but for the rest, we often have sales offering free shipping. If you'd like to stay in the loop about our next free shipping sale, sign up to receive our newsletter. See above for instructions.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do, with some exceptions. Because of the state of the world, these exceptions are always changing. Therefore, I'd recommend putting your item(s) in the card and proceeding to checkout. Once you enter your address you'll find more details regarding shipping.

 

 

Q: Do you offer customization or personalization?

A: Yes, we do! If you don't see a button on your product at time of purchase but you wish to personalize, simply email us at eliza@mamas-gnome-shop.net. We'll be happy to assist you in ordering.

 

Q: Do you take special requests or suggestions?

A: Absolutely, we do! We want to know what people like and we want to make people happy. Plus, the more brains, the better. Send your requests for customization/changes and your suggestions for collections to us at eliza@mamas-gnome-shop.net.

 

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: We do not, at this time. All of your experience with us will be online.

 

Q: Can I make an offer that is different than the listed purchase price?

A: Of course you can, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. The worst we'll say is sorry, but no!

 

Q: Why should I shop at Mama's Gnome Shop?

A: Not only is our merchandise super cute (we think so, anyway) but we are family owned and operated and we don't have a physical store. Both of these keep down our prices and improve our customer service. Our products are relevant, high quality, and come with a smile. You won't be disappointed.
